Here is one of my favorite easy to make salmon recipes. Even before I started this crazy no sugar, preservatives and other funky stuff. It’s one of my favorites because all you need to do is add the salmon into foil pockets and add everything in then bake and it’s done!
It is once again another gloomy and rainy day this early Florida morning. As I’m getting myself together to leave for work, I kiss my still sleepy boyfriend before I head into the kitchen to grab my lunch out of the refrigerator and what happens? The power goes out. I’m already running late so I look at my phone for to see if any emails have been sent out and my boss has sent out an email to everyone saying that the office will be closed until noon. Great I knew I should have stayed in bed… Many of the roads downtown are flooded and I’ve been receiving emails back and forth from co-workers with pictures of flooded exit ramps, roads and of course the office. I’m so over this rainy weather it’s suppose to be the sunny state! I think Florida’s upset about something. What’s up with this crazy weather? Continue Reading…
